Conduta de assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho : causas, características, precedentes jurisprudenciais e formas de prevenção

Abstract

The exposed work intends, in a direct and objective way, to verify the causes that cause the practice of moral harassment in the work environment, such as certifying its characteristics, exposing those involved in the conduct and demonstrating the possible sanctions that can be applied to moral offenders. The aim of the research is to provide a general overview on the subject, with consequent targeting the reasons for the moral illness, elucidating the harassing events and demonstrating their repercussions. It is noted that moral harassment in the workplace causes the employee to feel inferior, which can generate numerous damages for the individual who suffers the aggression. The research aims to demonstrate possible remedies for the practice, using precautions and preventive means. The work is organized in three chapters, starting with an approach of harassment and moral damages in the scope of the work, going through the analysis of the standardization on the theme, and then analyzing its consequences in the work environment and the ways of its use. Conclude by changing the relevance of the theme, and indicate the need for state punishment and reparation for damage to losses (sic).
