The learning process has not developed through educational institutions and learning, both individual and organizational, it would occur from the experiences of the older, transmitting their knowledge through the resulting reflection of Storytelling in an informal way, where learning and do were key elements influencing learning. The purpose of this master thesis is to analyze the Storytelling contribution to the process of reflection as a form of organizational learning. To achieve this purpose, a nature applied research was conducted with a qualitative approach, exploratory objective and descriptive. The strategy used was the generic qualitative study, which allowed us to analyze in greater depth, how people interpret their experiences, how they build their worlds and what is the meaning they attach to their experiences. From the development of the theoretical framework, a roadmap was prepared semi-structured interviews and narrative interviews to collect data. The object of the research are the practices of Storytelling, and the study participants are 12 entrepreneurs with over 10 years of development of different sectors. Further development of the script and the collection instrument, the pilot was implemented and carried out the research. The interviews were transcribed and validation of respondents were exposed again to the feedback from respondents. For the definition of the end of data collection, we opted for the criterion of theoretical saturation. For data analysis, we used the content analysis with the aid of QSR NVivo software. The results of this study indicate that the Storytelling contribute to the reflection process, so that the stories become a means of reflection, where listeners are encouraged to reflect the experience explained by the Storytelling. The final reflection of this study lies in this contribution as a form of organizational learning, this contribution can be identified in the scheme ERSSA learning. The diagram shows both the individual dimension as the organizational, as well as the formal and informal context, and is divided into bases (reasons that lead to Storytelling), processes (the ERSSA cycle and the telling and hearing stories) and results (provided results Storytelling and the elements that lead to the results). The ERSSA scheme is the Experiential and Reflective Organizational Learning, where the interaction of the individual with the collective is generated by the stories that result in learning and knowledge. Therefore, it is understood that if the companies stimulate individuals to practice the Storytelling within organizations where the experiences that each carries may be explained and reflected in a dialogical process and the telling and hearing stories has been the contribution of storytelling for the process of reflection as a form of organizational learning.pt_BR
