Abstract

The consequences of the imbalance in the relationship between man and the environment is evidenced by global warming, high emission of greenhouse gases and changes in the temperature of the planet. Although for now, the term environment is widely known and understood in the interaction among all the components of nature, including humans. The complexity of this interaction often causes difficulties for people to see themselves as part of it, and that is their responsible and is able to influence and contribute to reducing the environmental problems that surround us. In addition to see themselves as part of the environment is necessary to understand that health is closely linked to the environment and the understanding of many of their actions on these events and only occur in a systemic perspective. For this, one must consider changing in the physical environment, socioeconomic relations, the population and their living conditions as well as the modifications introduced by the process of development, among others. The present study aims to analyze climate changes and his effects on human health, their interaction with the environment of work and health of workers, subject to the existing standards for the protection of the environment, as well as the responsibility of the individual citizen, essential to ensure the right to healthy living, and describe the processes of climate changes and the actual or likely effects on human health, emphasizing the need to protect the environment we live for the sake of our own survival as well as identify and evaluate factors scenarios of climatic and environmental changes and their uncertainties, to find mechanisms that can be used to develop a network analysis and interventions on the impact of these changes on human health. Explore this scenario, to make assumptions or predictions is very difficult, especially because all that lie ahead will depend on human choices. Soon, however much one may try to envision what the future holds for humanity regarding environmental problems seen today, climate changes and their influence on human health and labor, there is no way to forecast how they will structure their man existence on the planet, but it is him who has to choose. The legal standards that exist today have signal and direct human behavior in order to attend to the care of the environment in order to ameliorate the effects of climate change for humans.
