The creation of a web platform that facilitates operations and enables the interaction of nucleotide sequences could provide a breakthrough for researchers in the area. Based on this demand, it is necessary to draw up activity diagrams, use cases and tests to determine the best alternative to develop a system that meets the established functions and requirements.
