O objetivo desta pesquisa é problematizar as questões que envolvem a criança e/ou a família negligenciada através do modelo bioecológico do desenvolvimento humano. Optou-se por um delineamento exploratório, de natureza qualitativa, por meio da investigação bibliográfica. O referencial de análise utilizado foi a síntese integradora a partir das relações entre desenvolvimento infantil, modelo bioecológico, as questões psicossociais que envolvem a negligência na infância e o papel da família. Os resultados encontrados indicam que a negligência sofrida pela criança perpassa o núcleo familiar, advindo de aspectos sociais, culturais e históricos. A família também sofre violência de seus direitos básicos, e acaba reproduzindo em seu microssistema as negligências sofridas pela sua rede de apoio. Entender estas famílias pode levar a um melhor entendimento de seus processos e a um mais eficaz direcionamento aos serviços públicos adequados (sic).
Resumo
The objective of this research is to problematize the issues involving the neglected child and / or family through the bioecological model of human development. We opted for an exploratory delineation, of a qualitative nature, through bibliographical research. The analytical framework used was the integrative synthesis based on the relationships between child development, bioecological model, the psychosocial issues that involve neglect in childhood and the role of the family.
The results indicate that the neglect suffered by the child permeates the family nucleus, coming from social, cultural and historical aspects. The family also suffers violence from its basic rights, and ends up reproducing in its microsystem the negligence suffered by its support network. Understanding these families can lead to a better understanding of their processes and a more effective targeting of appropriate public services (sic).
