O presente trabalho traz como problema de pesquisa a incidência da responsabilidade civil da família em casos de abandono inverso, tendo como objetivo, analisar a legislação pátria a respeito do tema, como também o entendimento jurisprudencial sobre o assunto. Para a confecção do presente estudo foi utilizada a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de livros, sites, revistas e artigos científicos publicados com abordagem sobre o assunto. Conclui-se que o assunto ainda é muito divergente, necessitando de maior atenção quanto ao tema por parte dos tribunais e do legislador. [resumo fornecido pelo autor]
Abstract
The present work brings as a research problem the incidence of civil liability of the family in cases of inverse abandonment, aiming to analyze the national legislation on the subject, as well as the jurisprudential understanding on the subject. For the preparation of this study, the methodology of bibliographic research and analysis of books, websites, magazines and scientific articles published with an approach on the subject was used.
