Enoturismo e pedagogia: pensar a presença de crianças no enoturismo

Abstract

The present work addresses the theme "Enotourism and Pedagogy: thinking about the presence of children in wine tourism". The main objective of the research was to investigate how the pedagogue can contribute to the insertion of activities for children in wine tourism in the city of Pinto Bandeira-RS. Still, the investigation aimed to contribute to improve family tourism offered by the municipality, so that everyone can enjoy their leisure time in the best way, promoting the growth of the municipality and the region. Therefore, the research started from the following guiding question: "What are the contributions of the pedagogue to think about the presence of children in wine tourism in the city of Pinto Bandeira-RS? The proposed research was qualitative, inserted in the socio-interactionist paradigm, of an applied nature, with action research as a methodological procedure (GIL, 2008). The theoretical studies were based on authors such as Piedade (2017), Kushano (2013), Ramal (2012), Alvarez and Rigo (2018), among others. The field research was carried out in the small municipality of Pinto Bandeira - RS, focusing on four institutions that promote wine tourism, three wineries and one restaurant, installed in privileged places with natural beauty. The instrument for data collection was a semi-structured interview (GIL, 2008), applied to research participants. The data collected through were analyzed using the discursive textual analysis technique (MORAES, 2006). The analysis of the collected data allowed the identification of the following blocks of analysis: Wine tourism in Pinto Bandeira - RS, The activities offered in wine tourism today, The possibility of inserting the pedagogue in wine tourism, and Wine tourism in Pinto Bandeira: some suggestions. The research carried out had a good acceptance in the field of investigation and opened a space for reflection and dialogue to think about the presence of children in wine tourism and the presence of the pedagogue to mediate this insertion, constituting a possibility for innovation in this widely practiced type of tourism in the focus region. Also, the elaboration of some suggestions with several options for actions and activities that can be offered to children in wine tourism contributes to the establishments participating in the investigation to rethink their undertaking in the light of new approaches so that they may contemplate the expansion of their own business and of regional development.
