Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência da geração de energia fotovoltaica no desempenho sustentável organizacional, pois a energia elétrica é de fundamental importância para o desenvolvimento da sociedade moderna e como consequência percebe-se um aumento na sua geração e consumo. A maior parte da demanda mundial de energia é suprida por meio de combustíveis fósseis, porém esses estão associados a problemas ambientais, como emissão de gases poluentes a atmosfera, sendo apontados como responsáveis pelo efeito estufa e aquecimento global, por esse motivo está aumentando de forma considerável a procura por energias renováveis e limpas. As fontes de energia renováveis como por exemplo a solar fotovoltaica, além de ser ecologicamente correta, são também uma tendência tecnológica que integrara o cotidiano das pessoas futuramente, seja pelas questões ambientais e sociais, assim como também pela redução dos custos. utilizada foi uma pesquisa aplicada de caráter exploratória a partir de um estudo qualitativo. A coleta de dados foi feita através de entrevistas em profundidade ao profissionais da área e os consumidores da energia solar fotovoltaica. A partir da análise das entrevistas foi possível identificar que a geração de energia fotovoltaica tem grande influência no desempenho sustentável organizacional, à medida que a literatura e as análises das entrevistas revelaram que existe uma relação do uso da energia solar com o desempenho ambiental, social, mas principalmente econômico, sendo uma tecnologia muito vantajosa por trazer excelentes resultados para as organizações, sociedade e meio ambiente. Resumo
This study aimed to analyze the influence of photovoltaic energy generation on organizational sustainable performance, since electrical energy is of fundamental importance for the development of modern society and, as a consequence, there is an increase in its generation and consumption. Most of the world's energy demand is supplied through fossil fuels, but these are associated with environmental problems, such as the emission of polluting gases into the atmosphere, being identified as responsible for the greenhouse effect and global warming, for this reason it is increasing significantly. considerable demand for renewable and clean energy. Renewable energy sources such as solar photovoltaics, in addition to being ecologically correct, are also a technological trend that will integrate people's daily lives in the future, whether due to environmental and social issues, as well as cost reduction. The methodology used was an applied research of an exploratory nature based on a qualitative study. Data collection was done through an in-depth interview with professionals in the area and consumers of photovoltaic solar energy. From the analysis of the interviews it was possible to identify that the generation of photovoltaic energy has a great influence on the organizational sustainable performance, as the literature and the analyzes of the interviews revealed that there is a relationship between the use of solar energy and the environmental, social, but mainly economic, being a very advantageous technology for bringing excellent results to organizations, society and the environment.
