| dc.description | O presente trabalho irá se devolver mediante a modalidade monográfica utilizando como sua metodologia doutrinas, artigos e julgados que venham a englobar o direito sucessório e o direito de família uma vez que tal tema acaba por abordar ambas matérias de direito as quais se encontram fortemente ligadas, o atual trabalho tem o objetivo geral de analisar os reflexos que o abandono afetivo inverso pode gerar utilizando para tal análise a demonstração da realidade social do direito sucessório por intermédio de julgados desenvolvendo assim um panorama histórico até os dias atuais, apresentando seu problema de pesquisa diante da possibilidade da existência de exclusão sucessória em função do abandono afetivo inverso tendo em vista a não atualização dos dizeres jurídicos sucessórios na sociedade contemporânea, buscando perante tais fatos analisar o presente tema diante ao plano crítico, frisando com seu resultado expor a importância jurídica do tema abordado para um devido plano sucessório no qual se detenha como atualizado no que diz respeito às mudanças sociais ocorridas com o passar do tempo e que o mesmo se encontre adequado com os princípios basilares do direito. | dc.description.abstract | The present work will be returned through the monographic modality using as its methodology doctrines, articles and judgments that will encompass the succession right and family law, since this theme ends up addressing both matters of law which are strongly linked, the current work has the general objective of analyzing the reflexes that inverse affective abandonment can generate using for this analysis the demonstration of social reality of succession law through judgments developing a historical overview to this day, presenting their research problem in the face of the possibility of existence of inheritance exclusion due to inverse affective abandonment in order to avoid updating the succession legal sayings in contemporary society, seeking before these facts to analyze the present theme before the critical plan, stressing with its result to expose the legal importance of the theme addressed to a proper succession plan in which it should be updated with regard to the social changes that occurred over time and that it is the same as the same if it is the basic principles of law.
